What it covers
- Repositories: GitHub projects above 500 stars, with their daily history.
- Packages: libraries from eight registries (npm, PyPI, crates.io, Maven Central, NuGet, RubyGems, Packagist and Go), by real adoption.
- Models: open AI models on Hugging Face that people actually download.
- News: technology news grouped into events, each linked to every source that reported it.
- Technologies and categories: one view of each technology across all of the above.

The rules we hold to
- Measured, not guessed. Every number comes from a public source or a written formula over one.
- Unknown is not zero. A value we cannot measure yet says so, and says when it will exist.
- AI never scores. Rankings and scores are deterministic; a model may help classify or summarise, never rank.
- Sources come first. We do not republish articles: news pages carry our own summary and link to the originals.
