One taxonomy files repositories, packages and news alike. An item belongs to every category it is assigned to with enough confidence, so it can sit in more than one. Trusted means a confidence of 0.75 or more; tentative, 0.5 to 0.75, is shown and marked as such. Below 0.5 an item stays uncategorized and is held for review, never forced into a category.
